We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items may be opened or unopened

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

  • Returns must be approved and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • We will provide the return address

  • You will receive detailed return instructions

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.


Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided after your return request has been approved and an RMA has been issued.

⚠️ Do not send items to any address without prior return authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

For the fastest resolution, return the eligible item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

After processing, your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Delivered Items – Refunds & Replacements

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • A refund may be issued, or

  • We may reship the order one time at no additional cost as a courtesy.
