After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Note: These are estimated delivery times. Eloura Beauty does not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we always strive to ensure your order arrives within or before the estimated timeframe.
To avoid delays, please carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order. If we need to contact you to correct any details, processing may be delayed.
Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or courier. Most orders arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier directly. Eloura Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits in these cases.

Your local customs office may require additional documentation or processing time to release your package. These delays are outside of our control.
